Well-checks, sick visits and consultations happen where your child already feels safe. No packing a feverish toddler into a car. No sitting beside three other sick children in a waiting room.
Member families reach me directly by phone, text or video, day or night. Not an answering service. Not a nurse line. Me, the physician who examined your child last week.
We look at nutrition, gut health, sleep and environment before reaching for a prescription pad. Root cause first. Medication when it is genuinely the right tool.
No volume targets means no ten-minute clock. Visits take the time they need, which is usually the difference between treating a symptom and understanding it.

Practising at your address.
The administrative home of the practice. Most care happens at your house rather than here, but this is where the paperwork lives and where you can reach the practice by mail or fax.
Routine well-checks, sick visits and consultations in your own home. If you are unsure whether your neighbourhood is covered, ask. The answer is usually yes.
Video visits for families outside Palm Beach County, and for member families who are travelling. A fever three states from home does not have to mean an urgent care waiting room.
Those are office hours. Member families have 24/7 direct access to me, which is a different thing entirely and the reason most people join.
Why there is no insurance desk
A flat monthly membership. No copays, no billing codes, no surprise statement six weeks later.
Insurance-based pediatrics is built for volume, because volume is what it pays for. That is not a criticism of the physicians inside it, most of whom are doing their best inside a system that gives them ten minutes. I left it so I could give your family the visit length, the phone access and the continuity that model cannot afford to offer. You pay me directly, you know the price in advance, and nobody is deciding what your child needs based on a reimbursement schedule.
I left the hospital system so I could give each child the time the standard model was never built to allow. That is the whole practice, in one sentence.
