Child & Parent Information
The S.T.A.R. (Social & Toddler Assessment Review) is a developmental screening tool designed for toddlers between 16 and 30 months of age. Please answer each question based on how your child usually behaves. If a behavior is rare (you've seen it once or twice), answer as if the child does not do it.

Screening Questions (1–12)
For each question, select Yes or No based on your child's typical behavior.

Does your child enjoy being swung, bounced on your knee, etc.?

Does your child like climbing on things, such as up stairs?
